INTRODUCTION

This clear message from Allah Subhanahu WaT’ala which comes from the first revealed verses to Prophet Mohammad Sallallahu A’laihi wa Sallam states that the Qura’nul Karim is the source of knowledge so that the mankind will get the right pathway and complete guidelines from The Qura’n. It is proved beyond an iota of doubt that only Quranic knowledge is pure and eternal. This is a great act of mystery on the part of Allah and is the root of all knowledge and science. From the time the Quran was revealed to the end of the world, Quran is the latest code of life itself. This is why those with the Quranic education will remain at the top of modernity for ages to come. We do believe there is no alternative to Quranic education in building a modern, technologically advanced nation with interest in science that can at the same time lead the people of the world.

In the current world, the most widely used language for communication is English. The Cambridge Curriculum is an internationally acclaimed method of education. With that in mind, we have devised a curriculum with an integration of the Quranic education and the Cambridge Curriculum. We do hope that through studying this integrated curriculum, our future generation will lead the world with spirituality, scienceand technology. May Allah, The Greatest, accept this effort of ours! BACKGROUND OF THIS SCHOOL

Tanzimul Ummah Foundation
is a non-profitable and non-political organization approved by the government of Bangladesh. It has been working since 1999 to develop Islamic educational system in Bangladesh spreading the Quranic education to build up a model nation.

Tanzimul Ummah International Tahfiz School started its journey in January 2018
under the auspices of Tanzimul Ummah Foundation. Since then it has been successfully running as a full time Tahfiz school by the grace of Allah
SubhanahuWaT’ala.

The success of Tanzimul Ummah has already been evident through earning national and international recognitions leading to gaining trust of millions of people. We want to grow more with your retained trust in us and with the blessing of Allah Subhanahu WaT’ala.

PHILOSOPHY OF INTEGRATION

General observation shows that generations adopting modernity and advanced technology are losing morality and forgetting religious values. On the other hand, pupils of religious studies are far away from advanced science and technology. As a result, the generation is growing with a conicting mindset & dierent philosophy and psychology. As a solution to the crisis, TUITS has designed an integrated curriculum (Tahfiz and English medium) from early childhood to advanced level.

ADMISSION PROCESS

We usually receive students for new session in November and December each year. For admission, interested parents are requested to --
• Visit our school website, official facebook page, YouTube and other social          media sites to get information about school, curriculum and activities.
• Apply through website to have an appointment through e-mail/SMS/phone call 
  for visiting school.
• Meet admission office to know details of admission procedure, fee structure
  and so on.
• Meet our admission team for student's assessment and parents’ interview.
• Fill in the admission form and other necessary papers, deposit the fees at the
   Accounts or with the mentioned Bank.
• Get your login credentials for school management system, join our parents’ 
  orientation and be an honored member of TUITS family.

• Parents have to submit the following documents prior to admission-

TAHFIZUL QURAN PROGRAMME

Our salient feature is the Integration of Tahfiz with Cambridge Curriculum. Our aim is to enable the students to memorize the entire Quran through motivation to achieve the goal and along the way we concentrate on ensuring that the quality is maintained as far as impeccable recitation is concerned. We have high profile Hifz Faculty to ensure that our students become Huffazul Quran by international standards.
• Completion of Level Two (Nazera) is mandatory for all students.
• Students’ category for hifz will be finalized through assessment by our experts
  after completion of Level Two. Parents also will be involved in this process.
• Memorization period might be increased or decreased based on the capability
  and regularity of the student concerned.
• Every student at TUITS deserves the right to become a Hafez-E-Quran.
  School is committed to providing lifetime support on that even after the
  completion of regular schooling.

ACADEMIC STRUCTURE

One of the biggest challenges at TUITS is to develop a comprehensive curriculum thatmeets the varied needs and potentials of our students so they can meet the challengesand opportunities as they step out into the world. Being a school with an Integrated Hifzul Quran and English Medium Curriculum, we are committed to delivering coursework that meets or exceeds international standards. TUITS also offers a number of special courses and programs to supplement the Curriculum. We feel that these programs support learning, build capabilities and add value to the school experience. 01. Preparatory Section (Playgroup, Nursery & KG)
Preparatory schools are intended for children aged three or four. They prepare children to move to primary school at age seven or eight. TUITS caters to pupils wishing to enter secondary schools. TUITS develops an authentic education system for Playgroup, Nursery & KG that provides children with preparatory education covering both Hifzul Quran & English Medium Curriculum. It helps the children to understand the meaning of Islam at a very young age and develop their skills in modern languages as well. Various special activities are designed for a proper learning process & fun & enjoyable environment to study in.

02. Primary Section (Junior One & Grade-I to III)
Primary education is the first stage traditionally found in formal education, beginning at about age five to seven. As far as curriculum is concerned, the objective of the school is to give emphasis on reading and writing skills, arithmetic skills, and basic social studies and science.
The core focus of our Primary program is to develop literacy, faster growth and
understanding and lay the foundations for academic competence and interpersonal communication. Our teachers recognize that every student brings both natural competencies and challenges and we must balance the needs of individuals and the groups.

03. Lower Secondary Section (Grade-IV to VII)
Lower Secondary education generally continues the basic programs at the primary level, although teaching is typically more subject-focused, often employing more specialized teachers who conduct classes in their fields of specialization. Our curriculum offers a number of core classes such as English, Mathematics, Science and ICT.
The Checkpoint Assessments are externally benchmarked tests, meant to test skills, knowledge and understanding of English as a First or Second Language, Mathematics, Science and Global Perspectives. Checkpoint Assessments are optional, and are only meant to provide feedback for students and parents. TUITS recognizes the importance of building academic and socio emotional competencies in young learners at the Lower Secondary Section. This will build confidence and capabilities that will become essential as they move into Upper Secondary, towards graduation and beyond.

04. Secondary Section [Upcoming]
(Grade VIII to ‘O’ Level)
The Secondary Section focuses more on enabling the students to do well in the
subjects they have chosen for O-Level, with guidance and help from specialized
teachers who conduct classes in their fields of specialization

PARENTAL COMPLIANCE
• Parents and guardians will be regarded as patrons of this school.
• You are welcome with your constructive suggestions for the overall improvement of the school.
• The students must not carry mobile phones, cameras, electronic gadgets,
or gaming equipment.
• You are requested to ensure a household setting conducive to teaching
your children correct akhlaq, performing Salat on time, and studying the
Quran, Ahadith, and Islamic Literature.
• You are requested to watch over the students to ensure they do not
engage in deception, lying, or in other harmful practices.
• It is expected that you will attend the Parents –Teachers’ Meetings to be
informed about and share your ideas on further improvement of your child.
• Please submit an application signed by both parents if your child has to
remain absent from school.

FEE POLICY
The prompt payment of school fees is expected from parents. We follow specific
policies to collect the fees. The parents must know the rules, accept them, and
sign the given papers.
• Admission and other fees are not refundable in any circumstances.
• Parents have to pay off the tuition fees of the current month between the
25th of the month before and the 10th of the current month.
• A notification will be issued via e-mail/SMS/letter to the parent if the fee is
not paid within 10th. Designated charge will be added for this service.
• If any parents fail to pay the fees for two consecutive months or be
irregular, school will reserve the right to not allow the student concerned to sit
for exam or admission will be withheld.
• No fees will be waived for school vacation, online classes or if a student
remains absent for personal reasons.
• No phone calls will be made from the office for collection of fees.

HIGHER STUDY SUPPORT
Information: Providing admission-related information about various universities.
Communication: We will work with our students as a means of communication with the respective universities which will be helpful to them.
Admission: The school will assist in applying for higher education, preparing
necessary documents and taking the necessary steps to get the scholarship.
Free IELTS Support: Free IELTS courses will be provided by the school through
qualified trainers if needed.
Accommodation Support: As an institute, we have some connectivity with different Universities overseas. So, all the necessary support regarding accommodation will be provided based on demand.

PARENTAL COUNSELING
We believe that parents can play a vital role in ensuring the success of the
students alongside school. With that belief, we regularly offer counseling to
parents so they can guide the students at home and help them stay focused on
study.

HEALTH CHECKUP
We emphasize the need for good health as a sound body contains a sound mind which is pivotal to the success we want our students to achieve. We arrange regular checkup on their health to help them continue with their study with joy.

CAREER GUIDELINES
We help our students choose a university abroad and lend them all the support
needed to have the career they want to have. We believe a right choice can change a life and we help the students make one.

INTERNSHIP
We do believe that there is no alternative to having hands on experience. After
the completion of regular schooling, we offer internship opportunities to our
students to earn experience as both a teacher and in managerial positions.

SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
For Regular Schooling
Tanzimul Ummah International Tahfiz School offers partial or full scholarships
to meritorious and underprivileged students. In suitable cases, the parents can
apply to the Chairman through the Principal on the 31st of October every year.

• The authority will award the scholarship considering the student's results, merit, cultural talent, Hifzul Quran status, conduct, morals and so on.
• The student has to have prior preparation and planning to become an Islamic
Scholar.
• Students and parents will agree with the mission and vision of the school.
• The school will provide a reward scholarship to extraordinary students
who will carry 95% marks in all subjects including Hifzul Quran.

Documents required to apply for scholarship
• Salary Certificate and Bank Statement of three months (for Professionals)
• Copy of Trade License and Bank Statement of six months (for businessmen)
• Last rent payment slip of residence (for the residents of the rental house)
• Copy of Electricity/Gas bill (for the residents of own house)
• Bank Loan and installment details. (if any)

For Higher Study
Students who will complete Hifzul Quran and A level from this school will get
special scholarships for higher education subject to certain conditions.
• The student must study at this school at least from Grade One to get the
scholarship.
• The student has to get enrolled into the Universities suggested by the school.
• The student has to have prior preparation and planning to become an Islamic scholar.
• Students and parents will agree with the mission and vision of the school.

NB:
• The school reserves the right to withhold or cancel the scholarship at any time
without having to show any reason.
• School authorities reserve the right to award scholarships to any student going
beyond the conditions.
